The next meeting London Youth Committee meeting will take place on Monday the 16th of March at 8 30pm at The Emerald GAA Grounds at Ruislip and meetings will continue to be on the third Monday of every month. We would like to have representatives from all clubs around London at our Youths meetings to share views and ideas with all London clubs. We work together for the betterment of our future of young Gaels.
Well done to the two London Clubs Garryowen and Tara's Gaelic Football Clubs who reached the final of the PaÃdi à Sé with Garryowen winning.
Condolences
London Youth Committee would like to offer condolences to the family of the late Maisie Colgan (Tir Conaill Gaels). May she Rest In Peace.
Well done to all those who done the First Aid Course last Saturday in Ruislip.
Gaelic Football Coaching Course in Emerald GAA Grounds, Ruislip
Level One Gaelic Football Coaching Course started last Saturday in the Emerald Grounds, Ruislip from 9am until 5pm and will continue into March 7th, 21st and 28th. Contact CDA Lloyd Colfer: 07872600073
The London GAA Development Academy for 2015
The London GAA Development Academy for developing young Gaelic Footballers within the County started last Saturday and will continue every Saturday for a 10 week period.in Greenford. 50 young men have been selected to join from club around London St.Kiernan's, Parnell's, Tara's, Dulwich Harps, North London Shamrocks, Tir Chonaill Gaels, St.Clarets, Harlesden Harps,Round Towers for the Academy this year. Colm Smith (Strength and Conditioning Coach for the London Senior Footballers) in conjunction with Paddy Curtin (Coach) will be taking the sessions.
The Development Academy has 3 key objectives:â
- âTo compete in Development Squad Tournaments in Britain and Ireland.
- âTo compete in the Minor All-Ireland Gaelic Football Championship.
- âTo produce a conveyor belt of players for our London Senior Football Clubs and the London Senior Footballers.

Provincial Council of Britain will be running a Y5 Schools tournament on the 26th of March in Greenford
All Britain Competitions (ABC) launch at Irish Embassy on the 21st of May
All Britain Competitions will take place in Greenford on the Friday the 10th of July and Saturday the 11th of July and Sunday the 12th of July
