LONDON GAA GOLF DAY  - FRIDAY 23^RD MAY 2014

On Friday the 23^nd May 2014 the London GAA will be holding its annual Golf Day at Hendon Golf Club, Ashley Walk Devonshire Road NW7 1DG.

The London GAA Golf Day is a key fundraising initiative for the re-development of Ruislip. Over the past twenty five years Ruislip has become synonymous with London GAA. As an organisation, London GAA is very proud of Ruislip, however the ancillary facilities around the grounds do not allow for London GAA to host our fellow Gaels in a manner which we receive in each county we visit in Ireland. As well as this, the needs of modern GAA spectators cannot be facilitated at Ruislip in its current condition. 

 The past twelve months has seen the project make steady progress with the appointment of Lead Consultants, detailed designs produced with planning permission scheduled to be submitted by the end of April. Provided planning permission is granted, building will begin in the middle of September with the project being completed in time for the Connacht Championship game v Roscommon in May 2015.

London GAA appreciates your continued support of our Golf Day, the event has been hugely successful over the past two years and we are looking forward to another great day over what promises to be a fantastic weekend for London GAA with Galway in town for the Connacht Championship on Sunday 25^th May.
