John O'Neill RIP

It is with great sadness we share the announcement of the passing of London GAA vice-chairperson John O’Neill, who passed away peacefully at home on Monday 30^th August, surrounded by his loving family.

John served London GAA over many years in numerous roles with dedication, attention to detail and contributed so much to our association in London at both youth and adult level.

John participated in all county committee matters until recently, when he took time out for his treatment, his stoicism in dealing with his illness says everything about the person and matched the fortitude he demonstrated throughout his time with London GAA.

Our GAA family in London and further afield offer our deepest condolences to John’s family, his wife Teresa, children Frances, Alice and Thomas.

Funeral arrangements will be announced in due course.
