Hello all,
In recognition of this year's mental health awareness week, I will host a complimentary webinar about how nutrition can support our mental health and well-being. Nutrition is something many of us have struggled with during lockdown, but it's something that we all do on a daily basis and a few simple tweaks can make a big difference to our mental and physical health.
The session covers simple daily habits we can support our mental energy, resilience to stress, cognitive function and overall wellbeing. The webinar is free to attend and is capped at 100 people.
