The next meeting London Youth Committee meeting will take place on Monday the 16th of October at 8 30pm at McGovern Park GAA Grounds, West End Road, Ruislip, HA4 6QX 

U-18 League Winners

Congratulations to Parnells U18 Football League winners for 2017 after defeating a gallant TCG/Tara team. This was a great game with a fantastic performance from both teams with Parnells getting the edge on TCG/Tara in the end.
Final scoreline Parnells 1-12 to TCG/Tara 1-06. Thanks to Referee John Doyle and to TCG for the kind use of their facilities.

Well done to all managers/mentors for their hard work and supporting these young lads from both clubs. As always thanks to the parents for their continued support.

London's 1st Girls U12/14//16/18 Football Championship

History in the making with an extremely exciting day last Sunday as London Ladies were hosts to their 1st Girls U12/14//16/18 Football Championship in Greenford. The competitive spirits were high in all games with teams giving it all they had got to produce wins and even one draw. Tactics could be heard discussed with managers and the girls implementing their skills on the pitch and shaking hands at the end of each game. The girls thoroughly enjoyed the day with lots of chatter and banter going on off the pitch. Clubs in attendance were Tara's, Parnells, North London Shamrocks, St Kiernans and Tir Chonaill Gaels.

Well done to all the girls who participated in the competition. Thanks to the Referees and to TCG for the kind use of their facilities.President Joe Fryday was on hand to assist with the presentations. Thanks to Development Officer Claire Towey and Children's Officer Colleen Lynott and Chairperson Lucia Butler and all at London Ladies County Board for all their hard work. The support from the parents is always greatly appreciated for our future London Gaels.

Congratulations

Congratulations to Kingdom Kerry Gaels Ladies who won the All Britain Junior Club Championship in Oxford last Saturday defeating Roger Casements with a fantastic display of football. We wish them the very best as they play a team in Mainland Europe on the 14th of October.

U-16 Championship Final St.Kiernans v Parnells in Greenford at 2.30pm on October 7th

U-18 Championship Semi-Final St.Kiernans vs. Parnells or TCG/Tara in Greenford at 1.30pm on Sunday, October 15th 

Year 6 Schools tournament at TCG Grounds in Greenford on Thursday the 26th of October with a 10.30am start.

U-18 Championship Final in Greenford at 2pm on Saturday, November 4th

London Youths Presentation Night

London Youths Committee will be holding their annual presentation night on Friday the 3rd of November at McGovern Park in Ruislip starting at 7.45pm followed by a buffet for all to enjoy. Presentations will be for the U12's up to the U18 boys and U14 Féile teams and U17 girls. We hope to see all clubs in attendance on the night to offer your support for our future Gaels. 

London Minor Board are celebrating their 50th Anniversary year 1967-2017. We are appealing for any team photographs or photos of memorabilia to help us mark this special occasion.
