Thomas McCurtains GAA Club Notes:

AGM: 

The club AGM will take place on Sunday 29th January 2017 in the Grove Social Club (RM6 4AQ) at 4.30pm. All current members and anyone else wishing to get involved with the club next year are asked to make themselves available to attend

Ladies Training:

Training will begin again for all ladies players at 11.00am on Saturday 28th January in West Ham (E15 3BP). Contact Eoin Kelly on 07729 746 052 for more details.

Events:

Thanks to everyone who supported Camogie managers Martin J and Jimmy Byrne's home club and climbed Croagh Patrick to raise funds for equipment for Crumlin Children's hospital heart centre last weekend. It was a very successful weekend overall.

The camogie team are hosting a get together to kick off the new year in pj's on Saturday night. This is a great chance to get to catch up with some old faces and even meet some new ones too.

This years Dinner & Dance will take place on Saturday 4th March in Prince Regent Hotel, Chigwell (IG8 8AE). Tickets will be on sale at the AGM or through club committee members. There are a limited number and demand will be higher this year due to the growing size and success of the ladies clubs over the past season so get yours early to avoid disappointment. 

New Players for 2017:

New players are always very welcome to join our friendly club. We have Gaelic Football & Hurling teams for both men and ladies from u-8s up to Adults. We are based in East London; the club covers a wide area and current players live in many different areas, including, Gants Hill, Woodford, Leyton, Leytonstone, Stratford, Romford, Dagenham, Brentwood & Chelmsford as well as many other areas. Transport to and from training and pick-up from stations can be arranged, if required.
