Funeral Arrangements for the late Danny Grannell (Thomas McCurtains)
Sympathies to the family of Danny Grannell who passed away this week after a short battle with Cancer. His body will be taken to Corpus Christi Church, Lowshoe Lane, Collier Row, RM5 2AP, for his funeral to take place on Friday 25th November 2016, at 3pm.
Funeral Arrangements for the late Vince Keating (Tir Chonaill Gaels)
Vince Keating funeral will take place on Friday 25th November at 1pm. at Our Lady of the Visitation Church, 358 Greenford Road, Greenford, Middlesex, UB6 9AN followed by interment at 2.30 pm. at Greenford Cemetery.
Funeral Reception afterwards at Tir Chonaill Gaels Clubhouse, Berkeley Avenue, Greenford, UB6 0NZ. May his gentle soul Rest In Peace.
London Youths presentation night
London Youths Committee held their Annual Presentation Night last Friday night the 18th of November at Irish Tv GAA Grounds in Ruislip. London Youths Chairman Tony Griffin gave a warm welcome to everyone and continued on to speak about the importance of our future Gaels in London. He thanked all the Committee members and coaches and mentors for all their hard work in helping to develop the Youths in London. A special thanks went out to all the referees and for the help from the London Senior Board throughout the year. Honorable presentations for clubs who won their respective London League and/or Championship this season for the U12's up to U18's, London Féile football both boys and girls teams and to Player of the year for each age group. A big thanks to the sponsors MP Moran,Vincent McCarthy (TCG) for The McCarthy Cup for the U18's and to The Irish World and The Irish Post Newspaper for all their kind publicity throughout the year.Thanks as always to the parents/careers for continued support as it's truly appreciated with the future looking bright for our young Gaels here in London. To finish off a wonderful evening a beautiful Buffet was enjoyed by everyone with a special thanks to Kevin Kelly and staff at Ruislip
