MEN’S FOOTBALL
The Men’s team suffered an agonising one-point defeat at the hands of Tara in the Division 3 League semi-final on Sunday last. It was a close affair throughout with the opportunity of promotion bringing the best out of both teams. Unfortunately the Dulwich lads fell short in the end on a scoreline of 1-11 to 2-7.
The Men’s team can look back on a much improved season in 2016, with semi-final appearances in the Championship and League.
LADIES FOOTBALL
Commiserations to the Ladies team who lost out in the Junior League final against St Anthony’s on a score line of 3-15 to 3-14. Whilst it is a disappointing result, the Ladies can take great pride in their performances over the course of the year culminating in winning the Tom O’Connor Cup.
CLUB AGM
The Club AGM is scheduled for November 22nd in the Duke of Sussex, Peckham. Time TBC. After the strong performances in both codes this season, we would welcome club members to attend so we can put preparations in place for next season.
