Father Murphyâs GAA Club Notes â
Intermediate Hurling Championship Results:
30/07/16 â Fr. Murphyâs 2-16 Thomas McCurtainâs 1-15
24/07/16 - Fr. Murphyâs 1-13 Brother Pearse 0-15
Fixture:
Saturday 6th August, 5pm, Div 2 League, East Lane HA0 3LE, vs St. Gabrielâs B. All support welcome.
Training:
Hurling â Every Wednesday night, 7:30pm at The Shamrock Club, Horn Lane, Acton W3 0BP. Entrance to pitch is the alley beside Quattro skip hire yard.
Football â Every Friday evening 7:30pm at the same venue.
Kilmacud All-Ireland Hurling 7âs
Saturday 3rd September, Stilorgan, Dublin. Fr. Murphyâs will be entering this competition for its 16th consecutive year. We invite old players and members to meet us in Dublin for what promises to be a great weekend.
Ladies Gaelic Football and Camogie
Commiserations to our intermediate camogie team who were beaten in the intermediate camogie final a couple of weeks ago. It was a mighty effort to make the final. The club will push hard for the senior championship now.
We would like to wish our sister club all the best in The World Games. The games are being held in Dublin from the 7th-12thAugust. They have entered into both the football and camogie. Good luck girls!
