St Clarets GFC Club Notes

In addition to the previous notes just sent out I have also been reminded that our under 8 and under 10 teams have a tournament at Northwick Park on Saturday.

After being given just three days notice and three weeks later than this fixture was originally scheduled for we will face Tara in the preliminary round of the Mullarkey Cup on Thursday 30th June. This game takes place at Tara's home pitch at Northolt Rugby Club, Cayton Road, Greenford. 7.15pm throw in

We have also received the group fixtures for the Junior Championship. The fixtures are as follows, time and venue of each fixture TBC.

Round 2 v Fr Murphy's, Saturday 16th July

Round 3 v Naomh Padraig, Saturday 23rd July

Round 4 v Éire Og, Sunday 7th August

Round 5 v Dulwich Harps, Saturday 20th August

Please do your best to keep all of these dates free. It is important each and every player does their best to be training as often as possible now. As well as the championship we still have the majority of our league fixtures to play and the Mullarkey Cup (depending on results) and the business end of the season isn't far away.

Training continues on Tuesday at Hayes Rugby Club, Kingshill Avenue, 8pm.

It was a quiet weekend for a youth teams with no games for any of them but preparations for the ABC tournament next month will continue at training on Wednesday at 7pm. Hayes Rugby Club, Kingshill Avenue.
