Holloway Gaels club notes 18th April 2016
Pre-season trip to Munich
A team from the club travels to Munich this weekend to play Munich Colmcille’s in a pre-season tournament and sample a few local beers. Best of luck to all travelling!
Training continues
Training continues every Monday and Wednesday at 7pm at Downhills Park, N17 6NY. Closest station is Turnpike Lane on the Piccadilly Line. Please email recruitmenthollowaygaels@gmail.com for more details.
Ann Dunning Memorial tournament
Holloway Gaels held another very successful Ann Dunning tournament on Saturday 19th March. It is always a very special day for the club and particularly this year as it was held in our home grounds of Downhills Park. Five teams took part on the day with Holloway Gaels emerging victorious in the final against Fr. Murphys. The club would like to extend a huge thank you to all the teams who took part and to all who donated to Cancer Research UK on the day. A special thanks also to the Wellington pub in Turnpike Lane for providing refreshments following the tournament.
